 Ingredients

1 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

2cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

2 cup milk

3cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cup boiling water

1. Preheat the oven t

2. Grease a cake pan with butter or oil.

3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa.

4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

5. Slowly add boiling water and mix gently (batter will be thin).

6. Pour the batter into the greased pan.

7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

8. Let the cake cool before serving.

9. Optionally, frost with chocolate icing or serve plain.
