Fried rice
ingredient
1 egg
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Steps
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it.
Add vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the pan.
Pour soy sauce and mix everything well.
Cook for another 3–4 minutes while stirring.
Add salt and pepper, then serve hot.
